poor service Not impress with their service.they dont know how to cater to their customers needs and wants.all they are after is their sales.once theu sold you anything, dont expect for any quality service after that

Amazing Service! Absolutely a wonderful experience! We had shopped around at a few other furniture stores in the area before we came across American Signature, and to be honest we were already pretty tired of sales people hounding us from the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left. Not a big fan of American Signature We went into the store in January of 07 to purchase some furniture. Our sales person sold us breakfast table, couch and love seat, ottoman, and a bedroom suite. We didn't need the furniture delivered until April 07 because we were in the process of building our house. In March 07, the sales person called and told us that the couches that we had "bought", (already paid for) had been discontinued!!! What happened to the couches that we bought?
