American Shutters & Blinds installed plantation shutters throughout our house and I discovered that the shutters have a manufacturer defect. Fifteen out of twenty-three windows have defective shutters. These windows have more louvers on the bottom than the top, which makes the windows look disproportionately larger on the bottom and smaller on the top.
