Do not buy a home from American Showcase Modulars. Gary Goode,Charles Jones and Tommy Shelton are very disrespectful, liars, do not live up to their agreements and when they get into disputes they purposely delay their work for the customers and just very very trifling. They do not keep you posted about anything nor update you on the home they supposed to build for you!!! BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME FROM AMERICAN SHOWCASE MODULARS!!####

I bought my home from American Showcase in 2013. Very well pleased with the home and customer service is the best. When we had all the rain a few months ago my roof had a leak. I contacted Gary at American Showcase and told him about it. I sent him pictures of the roof and he could tell the guy that put the roof on had caused the leak. Gary sent a crew to fix the roof and a crew to fix the ceiling where it had stained. Also had a crack in a bedroom ceiling they fixed that too. We seem them 8/15/15 and then Mary's home cooking it was a great experience the home better than any other's I seen and affordable
