Highly recommend American Sewerage. They came out for a routine 1500gal. septic tank cleaning and ended up having to dig to find the location of the tank since it was not marked. They answered all our questions and did a fantastic, professional job. Ron was a pleasure to work with. Thank you!
Used them for years until recently…. I called to have my tank pumped, just normal maintenance. They did not return my call, which wasn’t what got me, things happen. I did not pursue this farther because I had a friend recommend someone else. Gave them a call, they showed up to pump my tank and said that I did not have a 2000 gallon tank, I had a 1000 gallon tank. So they were drastically cheaper than what I have been paying every year, all these years. Feel totally cheated.
They are honest and always do a great job. Ron takes the time to explain everything about your system and he takes pride in his work. I would recommend them to anyone.
Ron has saved the day twice for us now. He showed up quickly, did great work, gave sound advice, and a fair price. The best service available.
