Colton started with a presentation about what time shares look like today. Ever increasing maintenance fees and less availability. He explained the ramifications of keeping the time share and passing it on. The presentation was very informative and no pressure. James Blankenship explained what American Settlement Services could do and the cost to do so. He and David Standlee both wanted to assure we did what was right for us in our situation. We have chosen to leave the timeshare mess with their help. I would recommend them.

The timeshare industry is a scam all the way to this company. Three years ago we gave them $10K to get us out of our Bluegreen Timeshares. They passed it off to American Recovery Advocates to handle. All they did for 3 years was send letters and wait 90 days. They advised we stop paying to show we were dissatisfied with the timeshare. American Settlements helped me legally and finally get rid of my Wyndham Timeshares. My situation was made extra complicated due to a number of factors. The process took about 1-1/2 years. When the time came to pay the interim Maintenance Fees, Am Settlements promptly paid the Invoice as was part of our Agreement. Refreshing. I am very glad to relieve my children from the burden of the ongoing Maintenance Fees.
