We have partnered with American Services on a number of projects and the experience has always been excellent. The owner personally answers calls and directly works with clients to ensure they understand the issue and the options for solving it. I know that when we hand out Scott's number and the contact to American Services, clients will get looked after expeditiously. Even unique problems have been solved - such as kitchen equipment detailing, saving clients significant costs of equipment replacement.

American Service you are truly a great company. I called and Scott answered immediately very professional and polite. He listened to my issues and said that he could get a service tech out ASAP. I didn’t know that his ASAP would be a twenty minute wait but I am very grateful. Bryan on time and smiling listened as well what we had the problem w and immediately went to work. Amazing experience. Great communication and response times. Very Professional. Gave me an honest assessment of my system and what was needed. Also proposed a maintenance plan for the future. Low pressure, did not try to up sell me. Will use again and highly recommend!
