No recomiendo este lugar a nadie y tengan mucho cuidado al venir aquí… la señora es despota no tiene interés en ayudarte lo q le importa es cobrar… si le preguntas algo te responde con ironía como si le estuviera pidiendo de a gratis..
Mal servicio la señora no debería trabajar haciendo taxes no los hace bien. Y para colmo me dijo q yo no había pagado los 100 dólares q ella cobra cosa q si lo hice. Y no envío mis documentos ella tiene cámaras de seguridad pero ella me robó los 100 dólares y después q yo le reclame. Ella me dijo q iba a enviar mis taxes pero ahora me llego un correo diciendo q ella lo hizo mal. Mal servicio es una señora que hace errores y después no ayuda a resolverlos y es una grosera No es recomendable
Me hizo mis taxes y sabiendo que no era el tiempo y que mi social ya no clasificaba aún así lo hizo y ahora me toca devolver le al IRS dinero donde yo soy madre de dos niños muy mal servicio, muy poco profesional y ni un poco de sentido de empatía
