Ella como 3 años pero y siempre me mandaban en cheque pero el año pasado tube una mala experiencia ise los impuestos y como ella tenía mi información pero ella puso un número de cuenta de banco que no es mío ella nunca me preguntó y cuando yo le llame a preguntar aver qué paso o porque se puso grosera y me dijo llama tú al SRI y averigua tu mismo la verdad no les recomiendo este lugar
The lady here acts like she’s doing you a favor just by speaking to you. She’s rude and clearly doesn’t care about customer service. Honestly, save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually wants your business.
No recomiendo este lugar a nadie y tengan mucho cuidado al venir aquí… la señora es despota no tiene interés en ayudarte lo q le importa es cobrar… si le preguntas algo te responde con ironía como si le estuviera pidiendo de a gratis..
Mal servicio la señora no debería trabajar haciendo taxes no los hace bien. Y para colmo me dijo q yo no había pagado los 100 dólares q ella cobra cosa q si lo hice. Y no envío mis documentos ella tiene cámaras de seguridad pero ella me robó los 100 dólares y después q yo le reclame. Ella me dijo q iba a enviar mis taxes pero ahora me llego un correo diciendo q ella lo hizo mal.
