I would like to file a complaint regarding the service my mother and I received today from one of your drivers. He made assumptions about my medical device that were not only incorrect but also unprofessional. He referred to my 2-in-1 device solely as a walker and refused to acknowledge it as a wheelchair, showing a lack of understanding of the types of medical devices available. Today I had a medical appointment at 4:00 a.m. I was a bit nervous using the service as it was my first time, but the driver that I had was absolutely amazing. Penni was kind, courtesy, and was on time for pickup and drop off. She was in a great mood and smiling both ways. She drove the appropriate speed and never took her eyes off the road. My driver today in Olympia, Lydia, was great! She was so friendly and kind. She was on time for both rides to and from. She made having cataract surgery a lot easier and I appreciate her kindness. Medicar was easy to schedule with and I recommend them for rides to appointments.

Driver 122 disrespected my husband and elderly mother while on the road. Ran us off and gave us the finger afterwards!

Car 122 cut me and grandmother off on the highway around 3pm today, we had to pull over on the shoulder to avoid a collision. Super dangerous, driver put our lives and others on the line. So unprofessional and really upset with this experience.
