I almost never write reviews, but Mercedes-Benz of Arlington earned this one. After an accident, our exceptionally low-mileage CLS63 AMG S was initially declared a total loss. That decision was ultimately reversed, only for us to discover that the correct AMG bumper was nearly impossible to find. We searched nationally and internationally, and even an overseas attempt fell through. Mercedes-Benz of Arlington could have given up on our car. They didn't.
