Started noticing that clothes were coming out warm but still slightly damp around the seams and thicker areas. While there was no apparent cause for any concern, dryer loads were taking almost twice as long. Had it checked and they found what was slowing it down. Drying times are back to normal now.

My washer chose to keep the water, rather than draining it, which made laundry a lot more “interesting” than I wanted. I expected a drawn-out headache, but it was handled pretty simply without turning it into a whole production. Now, it does what it's supposed to do – that's all I really wanted!
