TL;DR: Choose a company that provides itemized pricing. Transparency matters. I’m extremely disappointed with both the service and the follow-up from American Service. After the repair was completed, I asked a simple question: what specific parts were installed? Instead of a clear answer, I got deflection. No itemized breakdown. No explanation. Just avoidance. I recently had an element replaced in my Bosch oven by American Service, and the experience was exceptional. The technicians, Rob and Jaime, arrived exactly on time and were incredibly professional throughout the entire appointment. I would never use this company. They deserve zero stars. I called them for a service call for a dish washer repair and the charged $135 for an estimate adjustable on the work done. Then Jamie said that the motor is blown which would cost $650. Are you kidding me??.I'd rather buy a new dishwasher same make and model for lesser.

Our clothes washer stopped working this past Sunday. I called American Service Appliance repair and was able to schedule an appointment with them for a couple of days later. The customer service rep who I dealt with was wonderful and very accommodating. On the day of my appointment the technician, Alex, notified me when he was on the way. I had requested him as he has serviced our refrigerator and dishwasher in the past. He was able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly. The technician Josh came over in the allotted timeframe and had to adjust my flames on the burners of my new BlueStar range. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous even asked if I wanted him to put his protective shoe coverings on. I was very happy with the service as he was able to accommodate my request to adjust the flames on the burners. I asked him for some business cards and will be using American Service for any future repairs on my appliances
