American Service quickly answered my call and scheduled service within a few days. The repair was done on the same day without any issues. They were very clear as to their fee and the cost of the part. Highly Recommend them.

The technician Josh came over in the allotted timeframe and had to adjust my flames on the burners of my new BlueStar range. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous even asked if I wanted him to put his protective shoe coverings on. I was very happy with the service as he was able to accommodate my request to adjust the flames on the burners. I asked him for some business cards and will be using American Service for any future repairs on my appliances

Patty was a great help on scheduling a time for the diagnostic/repair and Rob (tech ) was very informative on what was causing the problem and what needed to be replace with my 30 year old sub-zero. Great team and very professional. Definitely would use them again.
