We had Rob come to repair our washing machine earlier this week. He arrived within the expected time frame and within a few minutes was able to diagnose the problem. A replacement piece was ordered and a few days later Rob returned to fix the machine. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Our washing machine is running perfectly thanks to his magic! We highly recommend American Service!!

Rob came over today to fix an installment issue with my Viking fridge and this is the third time he came to my house (for other Viking appliances). I cannot recommend this company and this individual enough – very kind, very informative and he always come through with a solution. Friendly customer service is very hard to come by and he is seriously great. He takes his time explaining the situation and gives his full advice.

I have had Josh to my home for the repair of my Microwave, Dishwasher and Exhaust Hood. Making the appointment was easy. The person that answered the phone was extremely polite & professional. I was able to get an appointment either the same day or at my convenience. The day before my appointment I received a confirmation email with the window of time and even a picture of the technician! All problems either fixed or resolved. I highly recommend this 5 star company.

Called and spoke with Joan. She was very helpful, and worked to send the technician Rob in just a few hours… Rob was great and knowledgeable. Fridge is up and running… Thank you both!

I suspected my 12-year-old refrigerator freezer fan needing replacing, called American Service and was amazed when a technician in the area was at my door in 15 minutes. Both the representative on the phone and the technician were polite and efficient. Would definitely recommend and use again.
