Our clothes washer stopped working this past Sunday. I called American Service Appliance repair and was able to schedule an appointment with them for a couple of days later. The customer service rep who I dealt with was wonderful and very accommodating. On the day of my appointment the technician, Alex, notified me when he was on the way. Jaime was my service tech, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable & professional. Did testing on my dryer, found out what the issue was and had the parts on his truck to remedy the situation! I would highly recommend American Service and Jaime in particular for any appliance repairs! This is my second great experience!
TL;DR: Choose a company that provides itemized pricing. Transparency matters. I’m extremely disappointed with both the service and the follow-up from American Service. After the repair was completed, I asked a simple question: what specific parts were installed? Instead of a clear answer, I got deflection. No itemized breakdown. No explanation. Just avoidance. I would never use this company. They deserve zero stars. I called them for a service call for a dish washer repair and the charged $135 for an estimate adjustable on the work done. Then Jamie said that the motor is blown which would cost $650. Are you kidding me??.I'd rather buy a new dishwasher same make and model for lesser.
The repair man (Jaime) was knowledgeable and polite & efficient. He found what was wrong immediately. Not only did he repair my dryer but he made sure to clean up afterwards and disposed of the garbage
