I have had Josh to my home for the repair of my Microwave, Dishwasher and Exhaust Hood. Making the appointment was easy. The person that answered the phone was extremely polite & professional. I was able to get an appointment either the same day or at my convenience. The day before my appointment I received a confirmation email with the window of time and even a picture of the technician! All problems either fixed or resolved. I highly recommend this 5 star company.
Rob provided excellent service and advice on my Bosch dishwasher. On the 1st visit in December, he replaced the water the feed valve. In February, I was getting E15 message so he came to diagnose free of charge. He did not find the cause of the leak but saw the lower sprayer arm was loose. He pressed it back in and suggested washing it again to see if it leaked. It did leak and when i checked, the arm came loose again. Rob, one of their technicians, arrived within the specified timeframe, (which they were kind enough to confirm at least twice), and quickly set to work replacing the line that supplies water to our refrigerator ice cube maker and water filter. I suspected my 12-year-old refrigerator freezer fan needing replacing, called American Service and was amazed when a technician in the area was at my door in 15 minutes. Both the representative on the phone and the technician were polite and efficient. Would definitely recommend and use again.
