American Service put us right on the schedule when we had an emergency and needed our oven repaired before an important event. The technician (Alex) was thorough, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I highly recommend.
Wonderful company sent overJosh to repair our Kitchen Aid stove. I broke the glass on the oven door Sunday night, called early morning on Monday Josh came over same day. Took a look assured me it could be fixed he took a deposit ordered the glass and came back Thursday and installed. Thank you American Service & Thank you Josh
Look this company at Yelp before choosing their services This company is an absolute scam. They charged me $600 + 169 service call for less than 20 minutes of labor — a complete rip-off. No transparency, no breakdown, just outrageous pricing with zero regard for their customers. On top of that, their customer service is dismissive and refuses to take accountability. Sent repair person same day. Ken was great! I needed a part after much back and forth they told me no part available. I ordered the part on eBay should arrive with in 5 business days. Hopefully will be able to fix the washer. They charged me $138 fee for coming down and would apply it to repair but can not repair without a part so…. Not too happy with the service
Josh was great! He came right away and fixed my fridge quickly. He was very thorough, professional, and made the whole process easy.
