*** and his family are amazing kind courteous and personable. They have always gone above for us. While the rv park had a failing system and we were working with numerous people to get the system fixed, we had to have the tanks pumped sometimes several times a month which is beyond ridiculous. However *** was easy to reach and always found a way to squeeze me in within 24hours. Tim is great. Two years ago he fixed a problem we had with our overflow float. This was problem that no one else had been able to fix for 10 years. I've used him since then for routine pumping and he is always on time, courteous and honest. I can't recommend American enough!

I was very happy with the service! Tim was on time, friendly and fair. He even helped me to locate and dig out the lids of my septic tanks so that he could pump them. I appreciated the extra effort very much!

I will not use American Septic and Pumping again. My husband and I were in the middle of purchasing a home and American was the company that had been hired for the septic inspection and paid for by the current home owner. American said access to the septic well would be better if risers were installed. I asked about the price and they quoted $500. I said, "okay" to acknowledge the price but he never gave me a written quote, or asked my phone number or even my name. American owner proceeded to be on his phone half the time wh... read more
