I’ve rented multiple units here for a while and used to be very happy with the service. Unfortunately, the new staff member has made the experience less pleasant. She’s often rude and unhelpful—denied simple requests like restroom use or easier access to my unit with a bad attitude. It’s disappointing to see the customer service go downhill!

Entry code never works and have to go into the office every single time. Became inconvenient when moving out items when the office was closed. They also had a break in and had us pay for a new lock even though we had insurance
