Poor management
I worked with Renee Sigler to store my items when I moved back from California. Renee was very attentive to my needs, and worked with my Moving Company to ensure a smaller truck would not be needed thus saving me some money on my move. She was also very patient with me as I had some issues completing the check-in process online. She was on the phone with me for 39 minutes while we processed the forms together to get me checked in. Thank you Renee - you are a ROCK STAR!
I’ve rented multiple units here for a while and used to be very happy with the service. Unfortunately, the new staff member has made the experience less pleasant. She’s often rude and unhelpful—denied simple requests like restroom use or easier access to my unit with a bad attitude. It’s disappointing to see the customer service go downhill!
Great Customer service Everytime and Very patient personnel. Love this location, always ready to help.
