Great service.
No problem. Good, clean space. Price keeps increasing, though.
When it comes to storage, the things that matter are (1) is my stuff secure, and (2) can I access it whenever I want? 5 stars on both counts here.
I may have already left a review for another one of their facilities, but this is the one my stuff is stored at. The rep was super sweet when I rented the unit, and when I've had to call them or otherwise reach out it's been professional and thoughtful, which is all I can ask for. Moving is super hard to so, especially when you run out of space and need someone to hold your hand for a bit. I got both of those done for me by American Storage, and I highly recommend them.
We started with a smaller unit and have had to upgrade twice. The transition was easy and they have always been extremely helpful and friendly.
