I have utilized this storage facility off and on for more than 5 years. James assisted me today when I contacted their 24 hour customer service line. I inadvertently locked myself out of the interior access doors while putting things away. In my distress, James confirmed my identity, provided me with the code, and stayed on the line until I was able to enter to secure my impersonal items. James, thank you for all your assistance today. You turned a very tense moment into a relaxed and happy one.
