New GREEDY onwership leaves this facility way understaffed, (even though they're nIce people, it's not their fault!) homeless person(s) living in the stairwells, no working toilets, one elevator that you must get a staff member to operate, lack of available carts. Mouse infestation, ruined furniture my friend had to pay to throw away, seeming endless maze to get lost in.
This storage place is a rip off. They start you at a low rate, won't publish their rates, then they send you increase notices, 4 in 5 years. I thought they were raising everyone's fees. But when I called to see if they had a vacancy for a friend found out they were charging me $20 more. When I asked to have the manager call he didn't until I wrote a letter threatening legal action.
