This storage place is a rip off. They start you at a low rate, won't publish their rates, then they send you increase notices, 4 in 5 years. I thought they were raising everyone's fees. But when I called to see if they had a vacancy for a friend found out they were charging me $20 more. When I asked to have the manager call he didn't until I wrote a letter threatening legal action.
