Really enjoyed having my stuff stored here. Jeremy is awesome keeping the place up and safe!
I wouldn’t mind the rental prices going up except for the fact that it was horrible trying to get help in this place. I also am irritated because the locked gate has been broken for over a month and they have raised everyone’s rent? I don’t appreciate everyone being able to get into the place and they clearly just ignore everyone’s complaints. Giving us empty responses while they’re taking our money. It’s no wonder the old owners are missed.
I had some issues (my fault) when starting the rental on my unit, but the team at Go Store It were so helpful, and understanding! They made renting a breeze and helped me feel comfortable about storing my belongings there!
Nice clean facility & I like it ( not enough communication) . I’m going on my third month, and haven’t talked with anyone except the automated system, if you lose contact with that person. You don’t get that person back, then start again from scratch with information! If there is a real life speaking person on site could you please give me a name and phone number! Thanks
Last month received notice that my rent in one unit went up $93. Reason given….increase in operational services. I call bs on this excuse…what operational services? Be more specific because we don’t have electricity in our unit, we can’t even open or close the door with only 1 person…it requires 1 to push down in the middle while the other unlocks/locks the unit!
