Just wanted to share what a wonderful person Brandon is. Just when I thought there was not much respect for older people anymore, Brandon went above and beyond! I needed some items out of my storage unit and asked for assistance. Brandon was willing to help and not only help, he arranged the storage unit so next time I needed something, it would be easier to reach and nothing would fall and hurt me. I am so thankful to have found American self storage and the manager Brandon! I was using another corporate storage facility where I was paying three times as much as I pay now. Brandon is very kind and considerate and I could easily see how much this facility and its tenants mean to him. He is such a gentleman, he even helped me unload my vehicle! Thanks again Brandon!
