Extremely frustrated with this place! I have had perfect auto payment history for years with this company and now all of a sudden they updated THEIR system and caused it to kick off my auto pay, meanwhile my account continued to accrue late fees and I'm sure they have already gone as far to putting a lock on my unit. I was enrolled in auto-pay and had always been paid to date. Due to a system update, my automatic payment did not process. Although an email was sent, notice was ineffective given that prior communications had only ever been payment receipts. After the payment failed due to their internal system issue, no proactive contact was made via any other method. DO NOT RENT HERE. They will cancel payments and claim your account is delinquent to try and steal your belongings if you can’t pay their insane lien and late fees. Scamming people out of lifelong belongings is a real shady way to make money. More than half the units have the red locks due to “non payment” when I paid to get current I am told I have to wait for days to get my belongings out of the unit. Paid 333 dollars for a month of the smallest unit they have.
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a storage facility. These people are cutting locks on units which is illegal in the state of Florida and denying it. They’re keeping me from accessing my belongings after I’ve paid for my unit and late fees. The manager is there which should also be illegal to be running a business without a manager present and because of that I can’t get my things out of this storage facility for several more days until they come in.
