This is the WORST mortgage company! I advise EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY. My parents have been working with this company for almost 5 months to close on a house and it still hasn’t happened. They were forced to put their range in the new house over a month ago, expecting that they would move in the following week. Great experience, just 45 days from offer to closing. Casey, Amanda and Erin were wonderful to work with, answering all my questions and making one of the most stressful purchases go that much more smoothly. After being messed around and left waiting by a couple other companies, a friend had told me about her experience with them. At closing even the attorney was saying how great they are to work with. Could not recommend them more!
From the moment we put an offer on a house to the closing date was 30 days. When I tell people how fast and easy our process they can not believe it. We still can't! The process was so easy and I NEVER had to wait more than an hour for a response if I had a question (unless it was the weekend obviously). Compared to other people we know who have bought homes, our process was so 100x easier than theirs. Thank you Amanda & Kevin.
