Derek Hartley did a great job as my lender. At first I went to multiple lenders to see who could give me the best rate. He not only beat their rates but he reduced my $2700 of closing costs to nothing and provided me with lender credit. He not only blew his competitors out of the ball park but he handled me buying the house with short notice and a new real estate agent very well and very professionally. I am glad I went with him as my lender, my suggestion to anyone looking for a lender is to give this guy a shot.
