They changed their VA construction loan to half of what they approved me for this week of 5/26/22, I received an email letting me know they could not go through with the construction loan due to a change concerning the cost. This is what was sent to me via email “I am writing to deliver news about a very recent change in all of our One Time Close Construction program. So far the worst mortgage company I have ever seen. My brother and his family were delayed once and now 1 day away from closing there is no information, noone is answering the phone and no documents have been sent to the title company. More than likely going to lose the home and have nowhere to live. I will update if the situation changes but I would never recommend this company. Ted Papas is the loan officer.
Just purchased a home in Charlotte and we used American Security Mortgage. Our loan officer, Jeff Trout, and his team were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them if your looking to finance a home!!
Absolutely THE BEST! This company thinks outside the box and works hard for you! My situation was complex...Wells Fargo, my employer, could not accomplish what this company did for me! Great dependable and courteous service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
