Our alarm was installed by the owner Mike. A friendly guy whose charm covers for a man who never does what he says. First he postponed our installation because it snowed 2". After he finally did the installation and had been paid, we discovered the alarm box was wide open with the battery exposed and wires hanging out. I called about it politely, and he said he would come over the next day and take care of it, BUT HE NEVER DID.
