When I reached out to the owner to ask him to do right by us and fix the fence that fell over after two years, he screamed at my husband and told us he was out of business to leave him alone and never call back. I’m waiting for you to answer back that we imagined this. Beware these people. They use half the concrete as everyone else thus their fences fall over with high winds

I did reach out. The owner hung up on me. I got a second opinion from a different company who explained the reason my fence was falling over was because you guys used less than half the industry standard of concrete when digging the hole. I hope that five dollar bag of concrete you skimped on was worth it

Their entire Fence needed to be rebuilt from the ground up by another company after just three years from lack of cement during initial install from American. This resulted in the whole fence shifting and wobbling every time it’s so much as touched. Was told less than half the industry standard of cement was used by American.
