This is one branch to avoid for sure. Unless you want to spend your entire day standing in a line that wraps around the corner of their entrance. All team members are assisting customers and you see the branch manager sitting in their cubical. Great way to lead by example. Perhaps additional training maybe needed.

Worst bank, try another bank, Bank of Hawaii is just as bad find some small credit union or central bank, the employees are rude, disrespectful, inexperienced employees at this brunch I hope the bank will train them more
