About TANIA BALTINADO, nobody beats her, one who has been there a long time. Longer than anyone else there, as she's so special, doesn't gets better than her! I love
Can't clear a check draw on there bank why do they control my money like it's there's. They need to close all there branches because there employees are all under trained. If I go to a manger it was handled in 5 mins and I was on my way. Sad excuse for an employee.
Excellent customer service. Needed help in sorting out bank statements going back many years. Staff took the time to listen and provide thoughtful help. We appreciate that staff went above and beyond to explain the details. We are very grateful for their time, personalized service, and conscientious attention to detail.
