This bank is a wast customers’ time. Long waits, confusing policies, and Zaida needs additional training, I see how she interacts with other staff member and she’s extremely unprofessional, which creates such a toxic environment. That’s why all the workers seem to have an attitude. She’s a bad image for this branch, and its company. I doubt I will visit this branch ever again.
I had an issue with a teller named Helen at American Savings Bank regarding a $90 check. She questioned the handwriting on the check, calling it “suspicious,” which resulted in an unnecessary delay and a significant waste of my time. I’ve never encountered this kind of issue at ASB before, and I found the experience both frustrating and unreasonable.
