The branch manager at this location had a temper tantrum and deleted all of my bank accounts. Be careful with this branch and that lady in particular she is very rude and I guess has the power to delete your bank account. Thank you, American Savings Bank for nothing. Also had the atm outside snatch my debit card and 1100 dollars and then malfunction it took weeks to get back look at the comments it’s happened many times

What type of scandal is this place running. Their machine snatched my card. I thought Machine malfunctioned I go in and am told to call my bank or customer service and see why the machine took my card. I do both. My bank tells me talk to an associate. Customer service also makes sure I have no notes on any account they also tell me talk to an associate. So I go back talk to the associate that told me to call. Very unfortunate experience as a prospective customer looking to get a first time buyer home loan. I was told by one of the mortgage officers, Reyn Sugai that he would help me with a loan and he even pulled me and my partners credit, only to get no response from him for weeks. We are now left looking at other banks because of this experience. Wouldn't inquire about anything here again if im not going to get a single response about anything.
