Incompetent people work here. They need to be better training before customer facing. They lack understanding of their own mobile banking system and business accounts. I walked out and went to different branch to get my issue resolved. Avoid this branch. Their disinterest in helping is correct as others have commented.

Customer service is very poor. I asked to speak to a manager where the employee stated they are out of the office. Less than 30 seconds later a lady came up claiming to be a manager. Quoted fake policies and got upset when I asked to see the policy written in writing. She froze and said she can't provide written statements,

Called a few days ago to close my account because I barely use it and switched to a better bank (navy federal btw) spoke to a worker or manager named Sadie and she couldn’t have been more uninterested in helping me than she was. I asked if she could help me close the account and she proceeded to tell me that it was up to me to come in personally and close it myself. Friendly staff, we were greeted as we walked in. The service is a bit slow. There's no waiting area as well. I have to stand up while waiting for my Mom finished her transaction.
