Why are security guards working for American savings or some agency that is private not the local government driving golf carts on duty, and off duty into a local parks in Chinatown named Aala park while employed for a private security company ? Crossing public sidewalks and roads when private citizens are are not allowed to ride golf carts in Aala park, special treatment and permission is being granted for this behavior to continue by the Honolulu police department. Super long wait. A line out the damn door. Finally got to the front and wqs told if withdrawing money I can only get half 100s and the other half nust be in small bills. The bills given were old and ripped. Traveling internationally, you know why this is the problem.
