I had a few issues that I wanted to take care of on my travel trailer (furnace fan noise, battery seemed weak, tire replacement). I called about a month ago and asked if it was possible to have these done while I was away on an upcoming vacation - so I would be able to camp when I got back. I was in need of a new ac unit Texas wind took off the cover and caused the Freon line to leak he was able to get one and installed it the next day did run into some issues with repairs that had been done in the past by someone who probably shouldn’t have but he was able to fix it right Excellent service very knowledgeable and a very fair price it’s not always easy to keep a 30 year old class A in good working condition and it does come with a price
Communication was great and the work done rivaled that.
If you need work done don't call this place... 3 days and they could not even make a phone call.. they just left me hanging. WORTHLESS! Well if you would have called back you would have know who I am and what I needed duh!
I did not have a good experience with the service. I dropped off the Camper trailer for an intermittent issue with the brake system. I was told that the front wire was disconnected and they reconnected the wire. I was charged $780.00 and 4 hours of labor. This should not have been more than ½ hour max. The issue is still there, and they did not fix it. I feel like I was robbed. I am not going back there and do not recommend this shop.
