Brought my car in to have a tow hitch put on from ETrailer. Dave was fantastic! Ordered the hitch for me, followed up on missing parts, 2 hour install on a 10/10 difficulty rating from ETrailer and even picked me up from lunch after he finished the job. I’m sure he is top notch for any other services he offers!
I couldn’t get my trailer hitch installed right, so I called and talked to Dave. He gave me the best price I could find and had the issue fixed in 40 minutes, which would’ve taken me hours. Great service!
I am new to the RV world and I’m so thankful I found American RV. I’ve had several issues with my travel trailer this year - they were diagnosed correctly by Dave and fixed for a fair price with great communication and detailed explanation of the issue. Dave is honest, very knowledgeable and can be trusted to do what he says he’s going to do! I will 100% not let anyone else touch my RV when new issues arise.

Dave saved me thousands of dollars! My electrical problem had been misdiagnosed by another repair company. The quote was $1800 to replace my converter. So glad I called Dave for a second opinion! Turns out it was my transfer switch and cost me $500! It was a very hot day and I had no AC. Dave dropped what he was doing and attended to my needs. Great integrity! Very knowledgeable technician.
