This time last year, we ordered a $1300 splendid washer/dryer from American RV Co. We were very excited to have the new unit however, it arrived completely broken & unfunctional (dropped in transport). We contacted American RV after opening it and finding this bad news. Initially it seemed like they'd help us out, but somewhere a month later they started blaming us for the damage and not their freight company or FedEx.
