The WORST customer service. The service man, Josh, seems to not quite get things. After repeated calls about my vehicle I complained to Suzanne, the manager. She "seemed" to listen and said she would return my call the next day. TWO WEEKS later I called to find out what was going on. I left a message on her voice mail. THREE DAYS later she calls to inform me that I must be mistaken, that they had communicated w/ me several times. Really? And I forgot these conversations?? Then, she said they left messages.
