Everyone from the company was pleasant to work with and less costly than a competitor. We had a new main drain pipe pulled through the old one from the driveway to the street. The pipe under the garage into our house was descaled. I didn't put five stars because of the concrete work in our driveway. There was some splatter on the garage door and the house, and it looks like they may have mixed some of the concrete on the original driveway. It's not a huge deal, but it's not ideal. I would hire this company again.

He pointed out an issue that wasn't up to code, gave me an estimate the works. Letting you know so you can relax and enjoy your vacation, your crew is awesome. American Rooter came in record time. The service man was amazing and very considerate. He cleaned up after himself and was respectful. He made sure he kept me informed so I knew what he was doing or had to do. Would definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone
