I am very satisfied with the service provided to me by American Rooter. From the initial phone call thru the entire service, the team was so professional and explained the situation and the different options I could choose to clear my clogged kitchen sink drain line. After another plumber said a specific machine was required and American Rooter had this "Picote" machine to grind up a piece of plastic stuck in the sewer line. We set an appointment for $69 estimate. Bradyn the plumber technician came and right off he said he didnt have the machine and didnt know about it. Then it was explained to him about grinding out this piece of plastic and he called 'the owner" and Bradyn said he boss was saying we had to completely abandon the pipe and dig a new one.
