Porter was fantastic, very knowledgeable, every time he stepped foot in the house he put slippers on, let us know every step he took made sure we agreed to what he did explained everything. he is welcome back in our house anytime. such a nice guy. tried to put pic but this computer is horrid, could not put it on of the AC, hope he gets a good commendation for this.
