Kevin and his team at American Roofing are top notch. They have replaced several roofs for me personally, and also for neighbors after Helene. Their professional, ability to work with insurance providers, and communication cannot be matched. Quality of the roofs they install are impeccable. They clean up the job site and leave everything looking beautiful. Highly recommend!
It was great to do business with you. Your rep. John Kramer was very professional and answered all my questions of which I had a few. I had lost my husband and was very scared of taking on all this but I'm so glad I chose American Roofing. My roof is great and I even had a compliment on the looks. I was worried about clean up but no worries, the guys took care of it all. One man even showed me photos of the work. Just a great experiance.
Kevin Emery's persistence with our insurance company to get us a new roof was exemplary. Hail damage from May of 2024 had initially been rejected by insurance and we never pursued it further. Kevin met us in May of 2025 and asked for the chance to try, despite the initial rejection. He made numerous trips up on the roof, took pictures/videos, used drones, etc. and persevered until they agreed to a full roof repair! This roofing company is not trustworthy. The sales person Jonathan tried very hard to push a sale alongside Ethan, an inexperienced roofer and they stated in a letter that my mother's roof is at the end of its life. Just a few minutes ago he told me the roof still has a few more years of life. He also offered to come out and fix whatever issues we have with our roof. Why? I was in contact with Kevin Emory starting on 6/18/25 about an urgent roof repair needed. He led me on with very limited text responses, saying he was working on pricing, and would never return any phone calls/voicemails. He finally let me know he would meet me on site on 7/2/25. I texted him the day before to verify a time. No response.
