My chimney is leaking and all the people who use to work there don’t any more. I paid extra for the chimney to be fixed when they did the roof. I also have shingles that look like they are popped up. The company response was not correct. No one mentioned anything about a masonary company or any cracks being there. It is leaking. If the company wants to rectify it they can come and honor the warranty.
They did a fantastic job. Started at 7:00 am and finished before 4:00 pm. Everything was clean. Hunter Wilcox, the sales manager, was very helpful working with the insurance company and Darian Lyons did a great job managing the crew. The crew was very courteous and careful of the landscaping. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
I highly recommend American Roofing.They installed the roof exactly as ordered, in a professional manner, on the date promised, and the job was completed on time. Rob made sure our property was not damaged and had been properly cleaned after the job was finished. There were no unexpected costs. Be aware with This Company, one of the inspectors show up in my house. asking me if he could verify my house roof due hail storm few week ago. I accept because he told me is free and he show me an app in his cellphone where about few hail storm in the past few months . then he went to up on my roof to inspect it. the inspector told me that my roof has hail damage. My wife and I want to thank Tyshymon Anderson, one of American Roofing's representatives, for the excellent work he did when we had a new roof installed on our house.
