I was in contact with Kevin Emory starting on 6/18/25 about an urgent roof repair needed. He led me on with very limited text responses, saying he was working on pricing, and would never return any phone calls/voicemails. He finally let me know he would meet me on site on 7/2/25. I write this review regarding a claim work-up (claim #0775008790; ARC representative John Kramer; ARC dated 11/7/24). Damage to my roof, due to Windstorm and Hail, was noticed during the post-Hurricane Helene assessment period. American Roofing did a stellar job getting me a roof replacement via insurance claim in the aftermath of Helene. John Kramer went above and beyond sleuthing local code and working with my insurance to see everything through to completion. 10/10 would highly recommend!
These guys didn't do my roof until February of 2025 it should have gotten done October of 2024. They left wood exposed to weather and said they put longer screws in. But I can still see wood not cover with metal roof. Now I'm trying to find another roofer to inspect it.
Unethical business practices are utilized by this unamerican company. Forged our friend’s signature and threatened a lien on their home! Had to come out four times to complete our project. Stay away from this company.
