I been working with American Roofing Company since June of 2024 on getting my roof replaced, that’s over 6 months. When I say working with them, that is me contacting them because No one will take the initiative to send out a message or even a call to let me know what is going on. The entire process was very straight forward. Koby did a great job explaining options and pricing was easy to understand. They worked well with my insurance company too! Hagen and the crew that replaced the full roof were very organized and quick! Excellent work and quality. Highly recommend!
Took advantage of an elderly person and added unnecessary materials/labor on. Would definitely use another company I've asked for an itemized bill, as I am trying to get this resolved. He sold a roof when it wasn't needed, therefore taking advantage of an elderly person who signed a contract when not needed.
