Horrible. Jeffrey was great until the install. My fault, their incompetence. I believed what he said when we spoke. We wanted a charcoal roof and he submitted us for a silver roof. He never showed me any samples and I thought he was talking about the layered shingles but he got us old style and cheapest shingles available. We went with American Roofing Company almost a year ago when we had a bunch of wind damage. Hunter Wilcox was our representative and he was one of the most professional and thorough reps we could have. After having trouble with other companies, he stepped right in and made the job was finished quickly and done right!
