Rip-off -- don't waste your money. Don't waste your money. This company cheated my 80 year old mother out of $8,000. American Roof Systems persuaded my then 80 year-old mother to purchase their roof restoration service for $8k, or roughly half the cost of a new roof. They told her it came with a 12 year guarantee and acted like it would last for 20. It lasted at most 3 years. After that, it leaked incessantly, in multiple places. ARS - Very bad experience We had a wood shake roof, and received a real hard-sell from one of the ARS salespeople knocking at our door. The sell seemed too good to be true and found out it was all based on false marketing. The roof looked good the first year, but in a couple of years it was back to the looking like a roof in need of replacement. A number of shakes starting cracking and needed fixing. Roof Looks like NEW call ARS My shake roof was recently restored and looks like a new roof! I was pleasantly surprised after accepting the offer for a 'free' roof inspection that I didn't have to spend an arm and leg to restore my roof! I am so happy with the results I strongly recommend this company. They were quick efficient and the results speak for there selves.
