Our roof suffered damage from a 2024 hurricane. After nearly closing a deal with one roofing company, who was not very helpful. We were able to have the help from American roof experts on given us a clear understanding of the issues of our roof and helping us navigate with our insurance company. They were extremely fast, courteous, and thorough. They came back multiple times to review the roof and work done. Can’t say enough great things about this company.
Hurricane Helene left us with a huge hole in our roof from a downed tree. American Roof Experts did an awesome job. Bethany, the Project Coordinator, was very responsive and answered the phone and texts immediately. She was always on the job and ensured the work was done properly. We were in a week of possible rain showers, but they got the job done by working in sections to prevent further damage to the house. We had a great line of communication. They are neat, respectful, and well-priced. An A+ company.
