I decided to try the BLT on last week for the first time and fell in love with it! Everything is cooked to order and prepared with love! Also, the proportions are everything! And reasonable prices!

This is definitely the best food truck ever Everything is made with love Top quality food Every bite delicious and the owner PJ is absolutely the best very genuine guy You guys need to check this truck out on Camp and Poydras.
Top tier, the brisket and the other meats are all smoked to perfection, never a long wait and very personable
This local food truck is my all time favorite. The smoked brisket is amazing (featured in a quesadilla and Sammie) as are the smoked wings and duck fat fries. Great friendly service - highly recommended.
