Changed hands, again. We purchased Class C motor home from Sac location, could never get an appointment for service. Got fair service on purchase but bugged the hell out of them.
After making a purchase agreement with American River RV at their Davis location, I worked with the folks at the Sacramento location to complete financing and schedule our walkthrough and pickup of a Coachmen Leprechaun 260DS. My trailer hitch installed here do not do it it was installed incorrectly and it's costing me double to get an installed and removed correctly at a different place.
One star is 2 much I'd like 2 give no stars. Services is awful. Got a trailer in may [paid for it full] received it broke was told they would fix it the part would take 6 weeks. I'm still waiting they never return my calls. When someone did pick up he was like never knew anything about it and would get back 2 me and never did. Its September still waiting. I definitely wouldn't buy from these people again nor recommend them 2 anyone!! If u read this and want a rv look elsewhere.
As another reviewer said, "Don't walk, run from this place and buy any where else," .Had our RV for 95 days and found out that it's not been smogged so we couldn't get the title. We have left it with them until tomorrow night before 4p.m. when they are supposed to deliver it to us after they get it smogged and title transferred.
