January 29, 2011 this place has a serious mouse infestation. I had a storage room there for around six months and there was mouse s on literally everything and all the boxes smell of mouse urine. The urine stains left behind on all the boxes made little purple puddles due to the blue poison they ate before dying. The floor after I emptied my unit was COVERED with mouse poop. I switched to American River from a different facility in the area. They had a great free rent move-in special on an alarmed unit. The rent I'll pay is much cheaper than the lst facility I stored at and it is much much cleaner! What I appreciate the most though is everyone there is friendly and totally helpful.
