If I could give them a 0, that would be too gracious. I filed a claim on my hail damaged roof. First, they gave me the run around for weeks before they would get an adjustor to the property. Then, the adjustor was adamant that there was damage to the roof, windows, and gutters. After a full month of attempts to make contact with them after the adjustor provided his report, they canceled my insurance without returning any of my correspondence. Not that it’s surprising news. This company is a dumpster fire. Avoid at all cost.
Poor services ever.
This company is a fraud, they will give you the run around on your claim, and good luck getting a hold of someone in a leadership role. "Mr. Roberts" will leave your status in "final review" status forever, with no explanation. This small home claim has taken over 6 months and still hasn't been resolved. I highly recommend you avoid this company at ALL costs.
Worst insurance company. I filled a claim and when I call there’s this guy that is so unprofessional and just has an attitude… they make everything so hard and complicated… avoid this insurance!!!
