We had Dequan and Yadi from American Restoration Professionals come out to our home for mold restoration, and they were excellent to work with. Both were very friendly, professional, and efficient. They managed to finish the job half a day earlier than expected on both days, which was impressive. Poor customer service!
Do not believe the good reviews aren’t here. All of the one stars have had the exact same experience I’ve had and I don’t think that that’s a coincidence they’re very unprofessional. The owner hung up on me when I was trying to ask him for an estimate. there are Better Business Bureau rating is been revoked. All around this company is bad news. Ricardo, Jacqueline and Carlos with the water mitigation were amazing and so thoughtful throughout the process. Really helped me understand the steps and what was coming next. Would 1000% use them again in the future.
