Do not believe the good reviews aren’t here. All of the one stars have had the exact same experience I’ve had and I don’t think that that’s a coincidence they’re very unprofessional. The owner hung up on me when I was trying to ask him for an estimate. there are Better Business Bureau rating is been revoked. All around this company is bad news. I highly recommend American Restoration professionals for all damage restoration needs. They provided timely, professional service. Answered all questions I had regarding a pipe bursting in my home and my concerns about water damage and mold assuring me their methods to combat that would be addressed. Experience with ARP was first class from the get go. We had water damage in our bathroom that also caused issues on the ceiling beneath it. The communication was excellent right from the start, which is extremely important for me, most contractors Ive worked with in the past are unreliable, but that is not the case here.
