Adair did a great job with bathroom mold removal. Covered my floors, prepped, treated and can’t tell mold even existed. Very nice people. Highly recommend.
Read their reviews on Better Business Bureau- I wish I had before we called them! We had sewer backup damage in our basement, and had an awful experience with American Restoration. They were unprofessional, late, completed unsatisfactory work, tried to get us to sign and pin us down without providing an estimate or scope of work, and were incredibly unpleasant and difficult. My House flooded. I Called American Restoration and they showed up immediately. Cleaned the mess. Did the demo, and had the house drying out the next day. They did the remodel work as well, which came out great. They were also very good at dealing with the insurance company. They really made a hard time a lot easier. I cant recommend them enough.
I called to schedule a visit to inspect fire damage that needed repair. They responded quickly and booked an appointment. They asked for my insurance claim number and I told them that I was interviewing two other service providers as well before awarding the job, and that I would provide all information when the job was awarded. Had water in my cellar.Called ARP and received a call from Dan explained my situation .Dan cleaned up the mess and restored my cellar! He took care of everything and did a FANTASTIC JOB! I highly recommend, 10 stars 🌟
