Will spare the details as the theme is consistent with what Rebecca posted. Working with this company was a NIGHTMARE, the highlight was when they quit mid project which allowed us to employ actual professionals to complete the work. My insurance company had to go after American Restoration to recoup money + damages. Resulted in me living in a hotel for ~5 months when promised completion in 3 weeks. Employees are extremely unprofessional, did not feel safe in my home and was cursed at several times.

We have had a TERRIBLE experience working with this company. Once the insurance money was handed over to them, we had trouble getting a solid timeline on when they would come to work on our place. It has been several months and the work is still not complete. On top of that the owner has belligerent and offensive, making many excuses, when communicating about when he will come to complete the work. On top of that they caused additional damage to our place while doing the restoration.

This company was used my my insurance company to do a kitchen , they charged my insurance almost half of the overall budget up front to complete “mitigation work”. So a job that was given $21,000 had $6700 taken out right at the start and they never completed 90% of what they charged for the cabinets were never removed tge demo was never completed none of the appliances were disconnected(all of which were charged). We had a roof leak and ARP came quickly to help. Dan was professional and had his technicians at my house within hours. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. After the drying process was done, they completed the reconstruction. It was so easy having one company take care of everything quickly. I would highly recommend ARP!
