I would leave -1 if possible. American Resorts did not do what they promised. I have been fighting to get out of my timeshare for over 2 yrs. The law office I was set up with said they were just a consultant and could only advise me on what to do. Michelle stopped returning my calls/txts. They are just as bad as the timeshare companies. Thousands of dollars wasted!!! They do not do what they promise. BE AWARE!!
My ex-husband, who was NEVER associated with my Hilton timeshare since I was added to my current husband's deed recently, received a voicemail on his cell phone asking for me (used my name) to call them back. When I contacted them, they said they put my name into an internet search and my EX husband's cell phone (which was never in my name) was what came up as my number, so they called him. I was a timeshare owner with Sheraton for over 10 years. Each time I went to an owner update meeting they would tell me there's something wrong with my contract and they will fix it. All lies. All they did was sell me more each time. I ended up owing them over $146,000 in debt. This company and their attorneys were able to cancel my contract within one year. I highly recommend to use them. They are honest and great.

This company did a great job in getting me and my wife out from under our Bluegreen timeshare that we purchased. They saved us over $78,000 We are very satisfied with their services, and extremely proud to be timeshare and timeshare debt free.
I just received an unsolicited phone call from this business. The funny thing said in the voicemail is "This is NOT A SALES MARKETING CALL", which is a complete a lie and a FRAUDULENT statement. I did not contact this business so therefore the call is to actually try to SELL me a service. I will be sending a complaint to FTC.
Had a great experience with everyone i spoke with at American Resort Service. Michelle was fantastic and walked me through every step of the process. I would highly recommend thier service.
