Had an issue with our ac unit. The outdoor unit stopped working we were under warranty they said they would fix it. Someone came out said it was the wiring and that they fixed. A few months later the same issue out side unit stops working they said this time it was the new thermostat that they installed so they changed we were still in warranty. Zero Stars ARS was contracted by a trusted company to come to my home for an AC consultation and possible installation. What I experienced after that is something every homeowner deserves to know about. At contract signing, ARS had me sign a document that explicitly states they are only legally permitted to collect one third of the payment upfront. This company is the absolute worst. Have been dealing with problems since the beginning of install. They refuse to fix the problems even with the 10 warranty. Worst decision ever made trusting this company.

Purchased a new AC/Heat unit for a home that was being remodeled. House never had a system before. They installed the unit December 2nd and it's been a nightmare ever since. Keeps being one thing wrong with it after another. You can't talk to a supervisor or anyone in charge. They promise someone will call you ASAP and still waiting a call back.
