I rented some tables and chairs for a special occasion. The items were affordably priced. Delivery was optional. Overall the cost was reasonable. Good customer service.
We called to reserve and rent tables on Tuesday got our price and booked the tables, the lady told us to come in and pick them up Thursday. Thursday we call to let them know we’re on the way and the lady tells us that she never received our order or she can’t find it in the system. We then go through a whole spill about trying to get them today she lets us know there’s nothing they can do about getting them today so we agree on picking them up the following day just for the lady to change the quote price then not try to reso... read more
