This will be our one place in town to rent tools. Exceptional customer service; every person we interacted with was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We first called them on a day they were short handed. When no one answered the phone, we didn't bother to leave a message, but they called us back anyway within five minutes and they got our business. Thanks, Rick!
SO disappointed in their customer service. I called yesterday and ordered tablecloths for my grandfathers memorial service. Paid for it in full. Today I was told by the church that they did have the tablecloths so instead of working with me they just said sorry, they will not refund any money. I even asked if it could go towards a future order. Very disappointed. I will be looking for new vendor.
Best place in town to rent tools. Super friendly people and best customer service anywhere!
