I scheduled fence installation with them for a temp fence. The day before installing they called and asked for a picture of my DL and Credit card. I had already given them my credit card info over the phone to take the payment. The representative said that wasn't enough and they needed a picture of my DL to protect me from fraud. Why would a fence company need my ID to protect me from fraud? I obviously declined and they canceled my order. Joke of a company.

Where do I start, this company is the most unethical, corrupt, worse company to do business with. Absolutely worse customer service imaginable, does not return calls, you pay upfront for all services, and then they try and add hidden charges on you, after you paid in full. If you don't accept the hidden fees or even question them, like the mafia then send there guy's to come take the fence back, after you've already paid in full. Beware, do not use this guy's. Honest review.

This company put a fence on my property when my neighbor was building a new home. They damaged my gutters on the garage in the process of doing this. I spent a lot of time with Leon on the phone and provided him pictures of the damages. They have been trying to blame other contractors initially and when we showed proof it was American Fence, they changed their defense to the fact it was too long ago.
