They must be permanently closed. Been trying for days through office and cell lines. I either get voicemail, someone picked up office line and said it was a private number, or former employees say they arent open anymore. No surprise. 4 years ago they came around offering siding, roof and gutters for the price of insurance deductible. They were horrible to work with and wanted final 50% payment before they would come rectify punch list items (like lights not working or the flashing they did install looking like a toddler cut... read more

ARC replaced our aluminum siding damaged by hail in 2017. I was reluctant to deal with an unknown firm, as many repair companies descended on our neighborhood after a large storm. Sam was the contact, the firm appeared legitimate, and they completed the work quickly. One repaired area had several siding boards bow out in the first week, Sam was responsive and had a person out to fix the problem. American Remodeling Construction installed new vinyl siding on our home 5 years ago. The job appears very nice but recently we had to replace our roof and during the roof inspection by the roofer and the insurance adjuster it was noticed that the top portion of the siding, over our garage, was not sealed up to the facia board and that the area was exposed to the open air, also a vertical corner piece had no cap on it leaving that open to the elements as well, this was on the backside of the house. American Remodeling Construction helped my family out after our roof was leaking from a bad storm. They came within 2 hours of us calling them! It was such a mess but they fixed it up and made the place spotless. I truly appreciate all their hard work and dedication to getting the job done properly. I trust them with any home repairs.
We had hail damage and ARC did a terrific job at replacing the siding. What is truly amazing though is after we had a deck removed 3 YEARS LATER we had some areas under the deck where we needed siding. I called Sam and he insisted to come out and do the job at no cost. He said that he wanted to make sure they "finished the job right" which is exactly what they did....for the second time! It was a pleasure to do business with American Remodeling Construction. They walked me through the process of replacing siding and gutters, scheduled and completed the work in a timely manner, and followed through with what was promised. The workers were professional and courteous. I am extremely pleased with the results. I would recommend these folks without hesitation.
